Owen stood at the front and led the responsive invocation, his voice steady, inviting everyone into the opening prayer together. 

And in the singing team, there was Sam in her green, finding her place among the voices. Marcia was back there too, right alongside her. Two people making music happen, bringing the room together through sound.

Here's what we're noticing: new faces keep appearing. And the ones who haven't come for a while are starting to show up again. People who weren't sure if they could do it, and then they did. People who weren't singing last month and now they are. People stepping into roles we didn't even know we needed filled.
